Bio

Phil Weiser has a joint appointment with the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program and the School of Law. Mr. Weiser was a law clerk to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge David M. Ebel and to United States Supreme Court Justices Byron R. White and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. He was Senior Counsel to Joel Klein, Assistant Attorney General, Antitrust Division, at the U.S. Department of Justice before accepting the appointment at CU-Boulder.
