Dr. Martin Taschdjian, consulting economist and telecommunications policy and regulatory expert. He has over 20 years working in all aspects of the telecommunications industry, including extensive experience working with multilateral organizations, including USAID, the World Bank, the European Union, APEC, and with NGOs, and working with fixed line, mobile, and broadband network operators.
